Revolution is one of Glasgow’s longest running and most successful club nights. For years ‘Rev’ has been catering for lovers of all things rock, metal, punk & emo. DJ Muppet started the night 8 years ago, and this year returns to the resident DJ seat that XFM’s Martin Bate had so kindly been keeping warm.

Not only will Muppet keep you going with all the bass, drums & guitar you need for a Tuesday night, but Freshers’ Week see’s him welcome none other than Hayseed Dixie, the “Hillbilly tribute to AC/DC”. With their alt-bluegrass-hillbilly-country-rock take on hard rock and metal classics (Aerosmith, Motorhead & Queen all get the treatment!) gaining them fans from the BBC to Brazil, you better look out your lumberjack shirt and scurry on down. Admittance with an air banjo is a must!
