On the ground floor of the QMU is Qudos, one of Glasgow's premier venues. Host to some of the best live gigs in Glasgow, the QM has seen such bands as Nirvana, Tenacious D, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro, Franz Ferdinand and Queen play the main stage as well as hosting dance-offs, ceilidhs full of craic, student run theatre, clubs & society events, MMA bouts, the biggest cash giveaway versions of our weekly quizzes, film screenings, fancy dinners and some of the top stand-up comics in the country.

However, on the occasions it quietens down, Qudos is a great place to simply sit down with a coffee and a cake from the adjoining coffee bar and watch the world go by past the window. In the warm sunny days (we remain optimistic) we'll sling on some music and open the windows to enjoy the sun streaming in. 

But most importantly Qudos is where we hold our bangin' clubnight Cheesy Pop!
